About GlobeSpec

GlobeSpec, as we are known today, was established in 1987 as NI Radon Detection Services, one of the first national residential radon measurement companies in the country. As a result of the consistent, best-in-class service we delivered to the relocation industry, our clients engaged us to develop and manage a network of inspectors capable of performing any type of residential inspection, anywhere in the U.S. In 1990 GlobeSpec was formed to meet this need; a national inspection management company catering to the specific needs of the relocation industry. Throughout our history, GlobeSpec has provided inspection services to numerous relocation companies and remains focused on the unique needs of the relocation industry.

GlobeSpec has earned a reputation as one of the most trusted and respected providers servicing relocation management clients. With 30+ years of experience in the inspection business we have become an integral part of the service our clients provide every day. Our mission is to provide a seamless, client friendly experience and the most accurate inspection reports in the industry.

The GlobeSpec Service Pledge

Our commitment to our clients - We stand behind every inspection

With every GlobeSpec inspection, you have our commitment that we stand behind our work. If we fail to provide an accurate, complete inspection or fail to report a condition that is within the scope of the assignment, we will assume responsibility and remedy the problem at our expense.

What Sets GlobeSpec Apart from the Competition?

Our People:

Technical proficiency and a fundamental understanding of the relocation process. Since our founding, our objective was to create an organization made up of employees with strong technical experience as well as employees with practical experience in the relocation field. At the present time one third of our staff has background in the relocation industry with a combined experience of over 100 years. The direct benefit to our clients is that the team reviewing and preparing reports understands both, the technical aspects of the home inspection process and the expectations of the relocation industry.

Relocation Inspection Services Exclusivity:

Our sole focus is to service the needs of relocation clients. Early on GlobeSpec took the position that, in order to provide the level of service our valued clients require, it would be advantageous to make relocation-related inspection management our only source of business. We believe that this allows us to streamline and develop processes and procedures that specifically address the unique needs of the relocation industry, such as; dedicated client service teams, customized reporting, client specific web sites, and technology enhanced service delivery.

Accessibility:

Our clients appreciate the fact that we are accessible when they call. Voicemail is always the last resort. We recognize that every aspect of the relocation process is time sensitive. When our clients call, their need for timely resolution is urgent and our goal is to provide fast, accurate responses. As a matter of policy, messages from our clients must be returned promptly. In addition, our clients are provided with senior management's cell phone numbers for direct access to all levels of our organization.

Training:

GlobeSpec has provided more CRP accredited training for our clients than any other inspection company based on statistics supplied by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC). As your trusted partner, you can rely on our expertise in support of your teams, your clients, and their relocating employees. The training we provide helps not only to enhance your understanding of the inspection process, we strongly believe it is an integral part of establishing trust and confidence with your teams. Our training covers every aspect of the inspection process; from the basics of a typical home inspection, to detailed understanding of individual systems, to the ever-evolving landscape of specialized components and regional concerns. All training delivered qualifies for CRP continuing education credits, a significant benefit to you and your staff. GlobeSpec can deliver established training seminars or will work with you to develop specific training to fit your needs.
